Winds of Hope is a registered charity in Australia and registered association in Uganda, with a joint board of directors. This allows us to transfer funds without going through any intermediaries, reducing costs and ensuring they are received safely.
Aside from credit card fees (1.5–3% depending on the card), we do not take any fees from donations for use by management or the company. Winds of Hope is entirely volunteer run and funded.
