RYLA Elevate Program

The RYLA Elevate Team 2023

We are proud to be supported by a team from this year’s RYLA Oceania Elevate Program.

RYLA Oceania Elevate is an advanced leadership program for RYLA alumni who seek to take their leadership potential to the next level.

The team currently consists of:

Crystal Hayr (Auckland City Rotaract, Rotary Club of Manurewa-Takanini)
Parul Goplani (Rotary Club of Melville)
Ariana Andrews (Auckland City Rotaract, Newmarket Rotary Club)

Together they make up Team Amaanyi, which is the Lugandan word for Strength.

As alumni of RYLA programmes in their districts, and participants of the 2023 RYLA Oceania ELEVATE Leadership Programme, the team has an opportunity to further develop their leadership skills while supporting a worthy cause.
